
TROY GILLEN
PROJECT MANAGER
Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and possesses eight years of experience in the Underground Injection Control (UIC) well industry. His career includes roles as an MIT Engineer, Workover and Well Interventions Engineer, and UIC Regulatory Engineering Lead. Troy has demonstrated expertise in both technical and project management aspects of well projects, guiding them from feasibility studies through to site and well closure. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers’ Gulf Coast Section and has contributed to the industry by delivering technical presentations at the Groundwater Protection Council (GWPC).
